    I agree with you that it's chaotic. I have reported as many posts as possible. Also I have reported the users who spam this forum. Hope this can be handled swiftly.

    Wondering where my thread that I posted a while ago disappeared. As per @sarahk's words, if there is a mod online, you shouldn't really see anything like that, which means - if those posts are there, most likely no one (who could deal with that) is online ATM.

    I wonder if the mods can't see them the way we do. If you don't click on New Posts or Spy you can't really see what's going on. It's 7:30 US ETZ and spammy posts are still pouring in.

    I always come to the site via new posts - boy, took a few goes to get it clean tonight. The bots have been busy. I love banning them while they're mid-spam.

    It would be nice if the spam filter worked out that we are an English language site and if you have non-English chars in your title and you're a brand new user that you are probably up to no good.

    Can't it be set up to filter out chinese characters, kanji and other non-latin character sets? Shouldn't be too hard to set up?

    The forum needs more active moderators, most of them listed as staff members haven't been here for years, some from as far back as 2014, what's the point of a moderator who hasn't been here for 3 years?
    It seems spam only gets deleted when @sarahk or @Smyrl are here.

    I think any other language other than English should be marked as spam, not only they are difficulty to understand but also they does not makes any sense. If some one has problem with English he/she can use Google translate and then post their queries. Else we will be seeing such spam threads in this esteemed and well established forum.

    I love how there's a multicultural exchange - there's no way a NZ girl would buy something that enlarges her hips and bum (we have McDonalds for that) so you learn about the things that matter in other countries.
