Generally speaking, yes, somewhere in the theme files. Here's a free tool and here's a paid tool. I've personally found both to be helpful in expediting this process.
I think it might be code breaking problem; occurred due to modification of plugins or theme's code. Solution: Disable all plugins. Change to a default theme & browse the page.
Yea i think its a theme code problem also .Try to contact your host present them your problem and see what they tell you
Well i know in the past i fucked up my theme with inserting some code lines .I contact my host and they give me some help to fix that
