It's like asking "Can I use somebody else's pictures without their permission". The answer is "No, you can't". It doesn't matter that those pictures are on Amazon, you still can't (or shouldn't) use them without permission from the original owner(s).

What you need to do is find similar pictures on royalty / copyright free image sites and use them anyway you want. https://pixabay.com/ would be one of those sites.

    I think it is wrong.
When I want to promote amazon products in my website for selling, Should I use different pictures?! Its a little funny!

Still I have problem with my questions.
Can Someone ask these questions from Amazon aff forum in here, I don't have access:
    https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/forum

    Questions:
I want to establish some websites and start working with amazon affiliate system, would you please ask these questions:
1- I want to use EasyAzon plugin: http://easyazon.com/ for my Amazon Affiliate websites (or any other api plugins), In this case Can I use Product's descriptions and Pictures from Amazon products pages into my Websites?
2- Can I Storage product's pictures from Amazon to my websites?
3- And also can I use product pictures in my home page slider? (I mean not just in the post, but every where in my websites for promoting the products)

Those are good questions which I do not really know.

I contacted EasyAzon about a month ago, and the owner admited that they
were violating amazons TOS by not using amazons api to import images into content, and I would really be concerned using a plugin when the owner does
not even follow or even keep up with amazon's terms...

I am just guessing, but I think amazon wants you to link directly to their images using
their API, so if an image is pulled into your content, then that image must link back
to amazons api, i could be wrong on this, but this is how I see it, otherwise, what would
the purpose of tracking affiliates if they do not know where the images are coming from?

you make a valid point, if you use images outside the post, then there is not a
way for amazon to tell where you actually got the image from, and if amazon
can not determine where you got the image from, then you could be in violation...

    again, I could be wrong...

    couple things are for sure...

1: you can not download images from amazon to your computer and use on your site.
2: you can use images on other sites providing they are free to use or you have permission.
(grabbing product images from google does not mean you have permission)
3: you have to use amazons api/code to show their images; you may use a plugin
as long as the plugin follows amazons terms of service of showing images....

easy to get into amazon; far easier to get a violation, and end up with closed account.

and to answer your question, if you are able to code in amazons api
to use their images into your slider, thumbnails, then I would image
this would be ok as the images would be coming from their API...

not sure what platform you are using, but if you use WP, there is a plugin
called Featured Image From URL, it will allow you to insert one external
link, and you can use this if you only needed one thumbnail as you
could insert your api image link into this box, click save, and done...
however, if you need multiple images, then you would most likely
have to hire a coder to add more external link options, and for
the slider too if you wanted product images to show in the slider.....

    adapt or die...
