Google and MyBlogLog stats disagree

I've got two different blogs up right now (http://sojoe.info & http://itsvista.com). Yesterday, Adsense says I had 3 clicks. MyBlogLog tells me that 6 people clicked my 200x200 ad on SoJoe (and even lists the six pages by name), and 9 people clicked my 160x90 link unit on ITsVISTA (again, it even tells me which page they were on when they clicked it). Am I to believe that only 1/5th of my clicks were valid after Google has said that overall, only 2% are click fraud? What other explanation is their for this?

Anyone with a USEFUL response? Not that I distrust Google, but what ways do we have to check if Google's numbers are correct?

I'm sure Google has invested more time in verifying all clicks with more accuracy than "MyBlogLog".

True, but they also stand to gain from a miscount, where MyBlogLog doesn't.

Considering their is no way to track a click on a google adsense ad with a netscape/firefox browser, most tracking systems guess that if you had your mouse over an ad when you left the page then you clicked that ad. I believe that is where some of the discrepancy can come from.

That at least seems plausable. It is a bit frustrating though not having a way to verify that Google's numbers are correct. Again, I don't distrust them, but sometimes problems occur by accident (bugs, etc) and having a secondary means of tracking this info would help expose the problems.

You really have no choice but to accept the stats that google gives.
