Dreamweaver to AWS 3 missing style?

I've created my site in photoshop and finished up with dreamweaver from wich I've got index.html. I've uploaded my files to AWS S3 but when I clicked to a bucket link (link to my site) I get an error... I guess am missing style.css but how do I create it in dreamweaver or can I just add it manually?

That's the problem there is nothing to look at yet... I probably just have to create style.css file but the problem is I've never worked with it in dreamweaver so I don't know how to set it up and what code to enter to make it work. And I've searched but finding quality tutorials for dreamweaver cc 2017 is almost impossible...

It is not about CSS, but permissions of the given folder/files you are trying to access.

What's the full link to the image you mentioned? In addition to that, how does that part look in HTML (index.html)?

and whole site loads when I click on index.html in my pc folder but not when its uploaded to aws s3.

Reuploaded whole image folder and enabled permission to everyone and it works, it was actually quite simple... I really appreciate you taking the time to help me out.
