It depends on your preference. I personally don't go to the gym but I do exercise like jogging and swimming regularly.
No, I workout from home. If I go to the gym it requires money (gym subscription + gasoline), a lot of time investment to go and return.. I think it's not worth it to spend too much time and money for something that I can do in my home. But this is just my own opinion.
yes of course i love sport like running and go to gym but really i don't try at any time to play is it good?!!
I disagree with this. There are plenty of ways to get adaquit, healthy exercise without going to the gym to throw weights around. In fact, some of the ways people are encouraged to work out these days have detrimental long-term effects on your joints and tendons. I'm not talking about when you casually lift comfortable amounts of weight until you reach muscle fatigue. I'm talking about the guys going to the gym doing 250 pound 1-rep-max sets on the squat rack. Or trying to bench 3 times what they're capable of while a spotter stands behind them guiding it down, then back up.
He's smart isn't he? but I don't think he's a doctor - he probably reads lots and from various sources and is happy to share the information he's learnt. FWIW big muscles isn't the goal of every gym user.
