first how this belong to digital marketing?

Second if you are familiar with code then you need to check code of your website and if not then you need to hire guy who can check your code.

Once your site fixed then you need to add your site on google webmaster tool and verify that. It will fix your issue.

You can also contact your web hosting provider as they can help you too.

Contact your provider. Change your passwords. If it's wordpress it's probably a theme or a plug-in that they used to gain access so evaluate all of those.

If you have backup of your website and your database then format your public_html/thenameofyourwebsite the next thing you would to make better security for your website is to change the redirection of url from .htaccess file please donot do it by your self if you have no command on .htaccess file you just have to redirect the admin access to different urls rather than which comes with wordpress builtin installation

    Hi

    What script are you using?

The best solution may be to restore the complete site and lock it down.

If it's Wordpress, you'll be able to lockdown the site easily, including using a plugin called Limit Login. Moving your config file to the root, changing default username, etc.

If it's a non-wordpress site, i would recommend restoring the site from backup rather than wasting time locating and removing hundreds of files placed in different folders by the hacker. You will need to visit the script developers site for advice on locking down the site so this does not happen again When done, send in a request to Google and they will confirm the site is free of dodgy files and remove the hacked warning message.

    Hope this helps

Yes, its WordPress...Does theme expire message can be a reason for this issue?

Your Elegant Themes subscription has expired. You must renew your account to regain access to product updates and support. To ensure compatibility and security, it is important to always keep your themes and plugins updated.

    What do you think?

When I do site:xyz.co.uk in Google, it shows duplicate pages with same content? Which is duplicate of xyz.co.uk

    xyz.co.uk/?pid=115448275
    xyz.co.uk/?pid=114442858
    xyz.co.uk/?pid=115994192
    xyz.co.uk/?pid=115076322
    xyz.co.uk/?pid=115950783
    xyz.co.uk/?pid=115448275
    xyz.co.uk/?mode=cart_inn

I also use 301 redirect plugins to redirect these page to home page xyz.co.uk But still these page are not redirect to homepage.

Please help to fix this issue if you have work with same issue in WordPress site?

I beg to differ, the skills involved in digital marketing have little to do with web hosting skills.

Firstly your site needs to be scanned to remove the malware files, then check wp version and update it to stable version.
Who are you hosted with ? Are they not helping you?
Normally on server level things can be handled much better , we do such things for our customers.

You have to hire someone to fix this for you. If you restore from backup you will get hacked again.

Someone suggest me to renew the Elegant Theme subscription to fix this issue? Do you think it can help to fix the issue?

Also how to renew this theme, if I'm no longer in touch with past developer.(Don't have theme subscription login details)

Please let me know if you have faced the same issue before...

Dunno if it will help in this particular instance, but OF COURSE YOU SHOULD RENEW YOUR LICENSE. Keeping plugins and themes up-to-date is paramount in keeping something like a Wordpress install semi-secure. If you don't have the login-info, contact the theme-devs, and see if they're willing to give you a new license with a rebate (since you're sort of already a user / customer, albeit you don't have the login-info). But get it updated, or change the theme.

Should I have to renew the theme directly from elegant theme official site OR contact to our old developer who have crated the site. Because I don't have elegant theme login details that he have used at the time of site designing & developing.

    Either/or
Elegant themes have probably got something in their FAQ about how to buy a new license under a new name.
