Buying Xenforo or VB license for share/equity

Hi there. I'm looking for someone with a XenForo (preferred) or VB forum software license that I can share in exchange for a share or equity in our new forums.

I've never done this before, so have no ideal how it works. I've seen for years, people selling licenses and buying them and that.

And I may possibly be willing to do that / go that route (if it's allowed).

But ideally, we're looking for someone that will share their XenForo license with us and then later on, we will pay you back for it in shares, equity or even just a cash payment.

I would like to "pitch" my forum idea to you first, then if you like it, you can come in on it as our forum platform provider. To which, you will get all perks and benefits.

My Xenforo license is now available for transfer, approx. 128 days new, is active with support until Feb.25, 2018. Can download up to newest version. Looking to get approx. $85. Don't use it as I have vbulletin 5 that I have and prefer that (for some reason haha).
