Contest Logo Contest - 48 hours - $35 Paypal

I need a new logo for my site Survival Wristbands (dot) com

- Logo MUST BE original! No clip art images or graphics that are used elsewhere. This will be put on products and must be 100% original with no copyright issues.
- I want the logo to have a main graphic, like existing, with text Survival Wristbands
- Graphic needs to look tough and rugged, maybe a bear? Something to do with outdoors, Survival etc. Text as well.
- Logo needs to be a transparent .png
- Contest may end sooner than 48 hours if suitable logo is received. Winner will be posted here.
- Payment via PayPal, $35 to the winner.

Instead of the dear head though, I would like a bear face or figure, maybe looks like he's running at you. Something that makes you think survival. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Thanks for the entries! One other thing I would like to see is a native American headress for the graphic. I think it might work out well if someone can show me a good one. Can be basic bus something like attached image. Thanks!

If you're not native you need to be careful with this. Native groups are very sensitive these days to anyone using their heritage as a means to profit. It at the very least could be deemed as politically incorrect, and give you negative p.r. which of course needs to be avoided.

 

This did cross my mind, I am part Cherokee, although a small part, and to me this is the true representation of survival. They truly lived off the land. I do see how this could be portrayed the wrong way and don't understand why everyone has to get all butt hurt all the time about this stuff. I see it as a part of ALL our history as we are all Americans, native or not. I do see what your are saying though.

The profit would be made from our products however, I could put a picture of a white guy next to our logo and we would still sell Wristbands. I'm not sure what I'm going to go with but wanted to see how this would look. Thanks
