I've seen this multiple times on youtube where people's are talking that our reality is nothing but just a hologram, in other words our reality is a holographic universe, just like the matrix proposes the theory. Who agrees? Is our world a computer program and someone is playing the holographic computer?
I doubt it. But that does sound like a good plot for a movie. The beings in a computer simulation discover they are a simulation and then fight the computer or computer owner to become real people.
My first thought was, "what would it matter?" Our reality is our reality, whether it is "real" or a simulation. However, then I thought that if it was a simulation (with holograms, etc.) perhaps it could be hacked and I could win the lottery! I won't be holding my breath, however...
the matter itself is not a matter at all because if you look closely through microscope every atom is made up of anti matter.
Is it possible that every atom is a solar system and every molecule a galaxy? Could our solar system just be an atom in the Milky Way molecule which is part of a giant's coffee cup?
If reality was a hologram, then wouldn't we have to fear the power being turned off? Turn off the power, the "holo-projector" goes off-line, and we all cease to exist. Perhaps it's better that we remain flesh and blood individuals.
