Need Help regarding Adsense up gradation

    I have You tube adsense and trying up-grade it to non hosted but google wont up grading i need help or if i can some 1 help me i can pay for it

    Both are poorly written and boring to read. They are junk; of no use to Adsense.
    It is clear you have no expertise or in-depth knowledge of the topics that you are writing about.
    It is also embarrassing for you that you consider yourself expert enough to write on adsense, yet do not have an account.
