What error do you get exactly? What browser/version and operating system are you using?

Are you using anything that alters the page DOM (like an ad blocker browser extension)?

Are you getting any sort of error? I just tried it with Safari 9.1.1 on a Mac and it worked as expected when I tried it.

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Are you able to try a different browser to see if it's something specific with Safari on your computer? It's a bit difficult to debug on this end since Safari on a Mac seem to be working when I try it.

hi, i am having the same problem. all my banners are within the size limit with the correct dimensions and i am using chrome and firefox on windows xp.

when i select the file to upload, the file name appears in the black dialog box, but then does not upload. also in that black dialog box there is a close button but not an upload button. the 3 little bars at the bottom of the page are moving as though something is happening, but after a long time there is still no upload. any ideas? thanks

    Hello
I've had the same problem before this morning
Now I've found out the reason of problem. Ad block or something like that was set up to block popup windows.
When I change the chechbox of setting to "allow the popup at digitalpoint" it beging to work
Just check you setting at right corner of you address bar at your browser

You know that XP has been out of commission for about 7 years, with end of support in 2012 or 2014, I forget which. That means no security updates whatsoever, mostly no support for modern versions of programs... It's a hazard having such a box online, truly.

    Hello,
I have a problem with banner ads but in another way. When I'm trying to choose the area where to run the ad or country I see this error
http://dl4.joxi.net/drive/2017/06/21/0019/0284/1302812/12/0ca7c78df5.jpg What am I doing wrong? Or what should I fix to be able to choose all options that I need?
Thank you in advance for the help.

Is it after you hit the "Save" button at the bottom?

It's working for me when I try it. Do you have any browser extensions that might be altering the page itself (like ad blockers)?

Unfortunately, I see this error even when I try to bid CPM. I have tried to create the ad in Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and the problem is the same. Actually, I didn't describe all in details.
At first, I saw this message or error (I don't know) http://dl3.joxi.net/drive/2017/06/22/0019/0284/1302812/12/010c1000de.jpg when I was trying to upload banners. When I've resolved this problem (I've changed the setting in my browser), I've got another problem - the error mentioned in the previous message.
I had tried to create the ad in Opera browser and all this situation has repeated. Have you any idea how to resolve my issue?

Actually, I haven't figured out the reason. I was trying to enable Flash in my browser settings to be able to upload the banners and get rid such problem in the future, but after that, I've got an error. So, after few attempts, I've tried to unblock Flash only for the current session (in the address bar) and it's worked. So, I need to unblock Flash each time when I reload the page but fortunately, it works.
