My Twitter Responses Are Invisible to the Public

Discussion in 'Twitter' started by laugkh, Jun 17, 2017.

I have posted responses to several tweets by others. When I view those tweets while logged in, I do see my responses, however if I log out and check the tweet threads without cookies in incognito mode then I do not see my tweets. Am I auto-flagged as spam by something in the Twitter system? If so, how do I appeal?

Here are some example links to show what I am talking about:

https://twitter.com/Independent_ie/status/876035450045177856 should show a response from me (https://twitter.com/laugkh/status/876081950548664320), but it does not.

https://twitter.com/Israel/status/876088023921963008 should show a response from me (https://twitter.com/laugkh/status/876091683808567299) but it does not.

https://twitter.com/DefenseOne/status/875370333720776704 should show a response from me (https://twitter.com/laugkh/status/875719442692358144) but it does not.

https://twitter.com/CENTCOM/status/875338203938553858 should show a response from me (https://twitter.com/laugkh/status/875343608882241536) but it does not.

This appears to be a huge problem for me. Can anyone please help or comment?

    Thanks & Best Regards,
    Nikh/*

Thank you for helping. I see that my "protect my tweets" option is not checked/selected.
Also, I notice it's set to "hide sensitive content" under "safety":

    Hide sensitive content
This prevents Tweets with potentially sensitive content from displaying in your search results. Learn more

Should I uncheck this? I'm not sure I understand the feature.

    Thanks!

    Curious. I can't.

In the screenshot it's clear that there's a response but I can't see it.

Have you got this bottom check box ticked?

On further looking at it, if you got to https://twitter.com/Independent_ie/ ... no ones replies are publically visible! ... but if you ffollowthe link to a reply it is visible.
This must be a setting that some big accounts have ????
