Why do you need specifically UK Forum sites? Forum links aren't really worth much. They are spammy in the eyes of Google and you have to be pretty naive to think Google wouldn't realize that you use forums to build links. I would recommend you contextual backlinks and comment links from non-spammy, related blogs. That works for me pretty good.
