    Why are you selling this site?
    The website is a custom Java cloud application, which is running on 2 Apache Tomcat servers right now. Anyone can post (news and blog posts mainly) on the wall after registration, there is a sophisticated rating system which helps in ranking the articles, a tagging system which helps categorizing, and commenting (plus "liking" the comments) is also implemented (and a lot more). There is nearly one year work behind it, but I don't have money to advertise and gain visitors, that's why I'm selling the domain (expires in 2023) + the source code. The application is well written and optimized, see attached file for load test (100 users).

    How is it monetized?
    Through advertisements if the site gains users.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Zero right now.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Need to know a bit of Java if you want to improve it.

    To clarify: yes, the application can run on a single normal server, doesn't have to be hosted in cloud. Right now it's running on two 800Mhz one core virtual servers, with 512MB RAM.

    I have done the programming and launching the site, but I dont have experience in getting users, thus it does not have traffic. Yet. The buyer should make it profitable. :)
