    $500 for a poorly designed website with "content" that is worth $2k?
    The fact of the matter is the domain isn't premium, the design is horrible and within the first article I read there are two grammatical errors and poorly written English.

    "It can do 50k a year in adsense" the fact of the matter is it's not doing 50k a year and if it was you'd be looking at a $50-60k sale for this depending on the buyer. Any website has potential but potential means nothing when you are not making money.

    I never suggested in the revenue section ANY claims of income. If you are a good webmaster and can see an opportunity where I cant then get my website for a good price and run with it.

    How much traffic does the website get? Unfortunately without any evidence of traffic and earnings it's valuation is useless.

    It's a shame you need a quick sale, I would be happy to see if your claims are accurate. I could host it, maintain it and add AdSense and come to payment arrangement with you as soon as we see evidence of such amazing revenue.

    One potential issue I see is out dated content... My bank has updated their website 3 times in a couple of years, this information could become outdated fairly quickly and the work involved checking all pages and keeping up to date could be quite substantial.

    No revenue now used to earn around $100 a day.

    Traffic not much around 50-80 visitors a day due to no promotion for maybe 6 months now.

    I lost interest in it and now want a quick sale sold as it is for someone to take on and get it back earning again.
