I think Wix is very popular these days, all you have top drag and drop content and image.

"Best" and "website creator" dont' even belong in the same SENTENCE -- they are all useless bloated trash that produce inaccessible buggy broken train wreck laundry lists of how NOT to build a website. The same goes for WYSIWYG editors of ANY sort when it comes to making a website.

The best tool is the one between your ears mated to an understanding of HTML and CSS. If you think idiotic halfwit dumbass ignorant BULLSHIT like Wix, IM Creator, Weebly, etc are or ever will be capable of producing a quality website, then you're living in a fantasy world... and the same goes for even MORE ignorant nube predating scam artist bull like Dreamweaver, Web Expression, etc, etc...

But wait, let me take off the kid gloves and tell you what I REALLY think.

Best website-builder? Simple. Your favorite text-editor.

Weebly.com and Jimdo.com are the best website builder in my opinion. Check them out, I hope you would like them.

Frankly, Syed, if you think any drag and drop website builder is any good at all beyond a site for showing your grandmother's family reunion pics, you are not qualified to opine in public. Those apps are (barely) suitable only for family and small scale hobby sites.

For all of you, Masters of HTML and CCS that are suggesting ANY TXT Editor.... I guess you feel supper cool because you guys are HTML experts ... however, I'm asking for this since my sister needs a very basic website for her yoga classes academy and she's looking for something she can edit and modify easily for a non-tech person like her. Saying that, HTML, CCS, Java, PHP or whatever language you mentioned is not an option.

You should have told us that at the beginning. This site PRIMARILY caters to paid website 'professionals', not amateurs, so naturally we would reply accordingly.

Then she is not fit to run a website. It is that simple. If you have no knowledge of something, you hire a professional. It's the same as (I assume she is a certified instructor) starting a Yoga-studio without any knowledge about yoga, although one has a bit of knowledge about muscles, from anatomy-class. It's the same thing. Hire someone who knows what and how to do it.

Weebly is great for beginners. So is Wordpress but since you mentioned that it doesn't provide you with a lot of room for customization, I think Weebly is a better option.
