Gallery for vBulletin

    Ive been looking around for a gallery for vBulletin.

    Not sure what is right for me or not...

    Found photopost - It looks very complex.. Is there nothing simple? Is photopost what is used on here?

    Maybe someone has some other suggestions... Thnx :)

    Yes DP is using photopost (the last time I checked). There is a basic one available at vbulletin.org for vb 3.6.x: http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=128598

    I have installed coppermine on my personal PC and integrated it with vb with the help of a mod. If you like coppermine then I can forward you the link to that mod as well.

    There one here at DP is actually PhotoPost vBGallery (formerly known as vBadvanced Gallery). vBGallery is a lower cost solution than PhotoPost PHP Pro but can only be used with vBulletin (unlike PP PHP Pro which can be used stand alone or with a number of other forums).

    Hey guys... Thanks a lot for the replies.. I checked out both links... Im still not quite sure about the whole thing. Would there be any other forums/gallery options you would recommend?

    There are several alternatives out there (eg: Coppermine, Menalto Gallery, even some freebie hacks on vBulletin.org) but for the tightest vBulletin integration I'd say go with PhotoPost vBGallery. If you weren't using vBulletin then I would've said to look deeper into the Menalto Gallery.

    There are some hacks on vB.org to intergrate Menalto Gallery into vB but you then need to be a little bit more vigilant about upgrades (eg: if you upgrade vB can the current version of Menalto Gallery still integrate with it and vice versa).

    I'm using mainly Coppermine Photogallery. Its integration works very well and I'm totally satisfied.

    not sure you heard about this or not, Photoplog is alot better then photopost, great support they have a lite free version and a pro version costs only 35$ I have a live demo here Mobile Wallpapers
