I joined BlueHost with my friend's advice. I wrote BlueHost on Google and it came out at tr.bluehost.com. I bought VPS from there. It's writing 24/7 support on their site.
I have not got a response for 36 hours. Then I'm connected to live support on BlueHost.com.
I mentioned my problems. They said "tr.bluehost.com" is not our company. They are separate company. We can not help you.

Then I searched on the internet and found out that they were fraudulent companies. I can't understand. Same logo, subdomain, same script but separate company? They kidding me. I don't have a English. I apologize if I can not tell myself.

Seems you have to find the english first and then post some screenshot of the incident.

It seems that tr.bluehost.com is the Turkey division of Bluehost - so while Bluehost US might offer 24hr support; Bluehost Turkey only offers support "Weekdays 9:00 EET - 18:00 EET" (copied from http://tr.bluehost.com/support/contact-us.php)

As such I would try to contact them directly during their business hours.

    Hope this helped.

Quite a common response. I've called companies in NZ to tell them about fraud being committed in their overseas offices and they're all "that's not us, we're not interested".

I would be very careful about using the word "fraud" too liberally.
If they have datacentres in Turkey it is reasonable that those operations are owned by a company in Turkey - I would expect Bluehost America to own a significant % of that company, but not necessarily all.

I found a company record page for them and they a subsidiary of Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc. and Endurance Singapore Holdings Pte. Ltd.
A similar search for Bluehost America shows they have the same owner.

Get your facts right, it's $3 hosting so you get what you pay for. Start making baseless allegations of criminal activity and you may find that they either don't want you as a customer anymore or they may pursue you for "damages".
