    hardly 2% people will have their blocked account(not sure may be less:D) because i never see if google gave an account back to a person

    If you are newbie to adsense then it will be good for you to learn more tips on how to integrate adsense, how to optimize your earnings, how to track your earnings,etc.
    Dont ask such useless things. Either you can ask about adsense tips here.
    And also write your post more understandable to other members.

    What do you mean?? If you are asking about being reinstated, then it all depends on your case. If you are truly innocent then you prolly have a good chance getting your account back.

    And Why do you think so?

    There are plaenty of publishers got thier accounts back after an ivestigation of their cases, as I said, if you are truly innocent then you have a chance to get your reinstated..
