Buying Looking for Chrome Extension developer

    I need to manually classify websites.
    The extension will be connected to a list of websites + list of categories.
    It should have a search form with autocomplete so for example I am on CNN.com, I type in the form "News" and it will display all the categories with "News" and I will be able to mark whatever I need and apply.
    Then the extension should be able to export the info in .xls with the websites and their new categories.
