i was work with play65 long long time ago .. i cant remember how much i earn from them [it was like min 400$ in a day ]
they also from israel and their support was like ad-maven

about support , payment .. company from isreal is best in the world

payment date and my birthday was same day play65 send to me 2000$ extra for my birthday gift
it was 7-8 years a go I still remember manager of play65 marketing his name IDAN

 

you want higher cpm with shit popunder browser lock mallware etc etc and you wanna lose all our visitors
or you want lower CPM with clean advertising

for me . lower cpm with clean advertising is best option
till now i dont see any bad advertising from ad-maven

 

tested with international traffic cpm was about 0,30-0,40

 

popunder network with 100% clean ads doesnt exist
