    I have videos and photos education materials that needs to be demonstrate from usb flash plugged to screen, what software I do need to start, I am on win 10.

    You don't need any. Open up Windows Explorer, navigate to the USB stick, open the files one by one.

    Well, I have videos (mp4 or any other format and images Jpg or other format, I need a piece of software freeware preferred to have these videos and photos ran right from usb flash drive plugged on screen to the screen.

    They should run just fine, the read speed is a bit slow possibly for video - you'll always get better performance if the files are on the hard drive. What actual problems are you getting with these files?

    or are you looking for something that will play them automatically? or run them like a slideshow?
