    You can easily create multiple gmail account, but Your account might be suffer as a spam account.

    You can use your Android phone to make gmail accounts. If you make gmail account on your Android phone you are not gonna do phone verification.

    I guess it has been a while since I made a google account, I think I have like 100 different ones. LOL. They never needed the verification before. Use a friends phone? Go buy a disposable phone? Ask your carrier to change your phone number. There are plenty of ways to go about it, none easy.

    I still don't see why you need "multiple" accounts unless using Google Voice for telemarketing is going to get your thrown off. I imagine that pleases the people you call.

    If you want to create multiple account on a particular website than you can put .(dot) any number of time into your email address. That will be a unique one for website and all confirmation will be sent to the same address. If you're looking address for black-hat seo work than you should buy G-mail accounts.

    @Ankur02 from India, one Google account is enough to access all the products aiming multiple accounts shows an intention of spamming your links. Obviously your hidden agenda is too old and has too many scratches.

    If you want to change your email handle, for example. Like if you've been using the same punny email name since the early 2000s and now want to use your own name for more professional purposes. Or say, it's like having two cellphones - one for work, and one for personal use. Because they're both gmail, you can just switch user/inboxes right in your Chrome browser.

    It seems Gmail actually does allow the creation of secondary accounts.
