the current traffic is 4 million page view per month .

 

Adsterra has CPM pop ups and cpa banners, adcash is a native ad network. You can find reviews online fairly easy

 

The best native is Taboola, they give great results. For CPM try out AdMaven.

I used Adsterra few months back and found that their cpm rates are suck (don't believe on optimization or other stuff). you better stay away from this network and don't waste your time with them. A lot of users complain about thier rates and they just say to contact them and nothing happens cause lack of communication. Don't believe me? I am using PopAds, Propeller Ads, RevenueHits, Taptica, WafraMedia, Adcash from a long time and all of these major networks are legit and pay on given payment term. I am right now using 3 networks WafraMedia, Taptica & Adcash. Here is my recommended networks with the report of eCPM to saw you, how they are performing for me.

I highly recommend you to use WafraMedia for only mobile push up (ads). They are currently giving me fixed $2.50+ CPM for mobile. "Attaching my today report"

I do suggest you to use Taptica (Marimedia Ltd.) for Popup (ads). Their rates depends on the number of conversion you make per day. If your pop up conversations ratio is good, you can make up to $100+ per day. (Its a strong performance based network). "Attaching my last month report"

I do also use Adcash (Performance based network) for adblock solution. Their CPM rate works similar to Taptica. As they are performance based network. There is one thing wrong with Adcash is that, when the new day start, you will get HIGH CPM rates for low IMP count and the more IMPs you will get, the CPM rates get lower. However this thing does not happen each day. I do like them because of their Anti adblock solution and stable rates. "Attaching my last day report".

Final words: All these major networks provide a personal manager for 24/7 support (except holidays). Payment on time. Rates are stable and depends on the ads performance.
