I have used Adsterra for a month now and received payment but yesterday I got notification from google that the site I am using this network on is now de-indexed due to sneaky mobile re-directs. Shame as I found them a half decent network but if they are going to allow ads that wreck your site with Google then they are not worth bothering with.

I am sorry to hear that, can you contact your personal manager to sort it out, he/she will help you to get rid of the cause of the problem?

I already have contacted him but have had nothing in the way of a reply. As I say it does not fill publishers with confidence which is a shame because I found earning very good but it is a huge risk to run an ad network on a website knowing google will de-index you because of sneaky mobile redirects from your ads

Put it this way I was earning more with adsterra than with Adsense for same traffic. But as I say sadly because of the issue of sneaky mobile redirects from their ads they appear to be not worth it. I contacted my personal account manager about the issue and had no reply. I even had whosever from adsterra on this forum private message me asking for my user ID to address the issue personally but still nothing in the way of a reply or an answer. If you don't want to be banned by google or if you want some sort of customer service adsterra isn't for you. Yes they pay and yes or well for genuine traffic but if you're banned by google because of their ads then for most it is counter productive and to me I feel if they are going to allow such ads to 'slip through' then the quality of their system isn't up to much to let such things happen. If you're traffic is solely from Facebook or a source other than google then sure they are worth a go and as I say they do pay but if you want to be indexed by google they are no good.

Although have read so many post saying malware&adult ads from adsterra, I still wanted to give it a try.

The first ad I see on my website is malware.

    No, thanks.
    Bye.

You will find tens of replies in this post or a post called "adsterra review" by Adsterra either denying they knew the existence of mobile redirections or saying they do not allow those kinds of ads.

So he quoted what he said about 20 minutes ago which was quite ambiguous. They have got some ads warning that your internet will be cut-off if you don't call some number. That's fraud!!! And even if you know that's fraud, you cannot even close that window because every time you close the JS alert, another one pops up. Nightmare.

We really do not accept this kind of ads. But there are some advertisers that break our rules. And when you detect some suspicious redirects or anything else and write to us, we do all our best to turn off these campaigns. But it takes time. Believe me we worry about our reputation and our partners from both sides. We do not want to scam your money or earn "dirty money" from malware ads. We are planning to grow up to a big and trustful network. So if you have any issues with our ads please discuss it with your managers (via tickets, skype, email), because it is our priority to make our network clean and reliable. Thank you in advance!

Actually, given the design of your website, given the blog posts on your website, I believe you are planning to grow big. But I don't think I am really to publish your code for now given those ads and the 0.002 CPM rate. Maybe a while later.

You can try to work with us few months later. Now we are cleaning our feed, adding new features for publishers and improving personal accounts for better performance, that's why CPM rates may be lower now. But we are on the right way to stabilize rates and become really best Adsense alternative.

Hello, I'm working in here about one years, good earnings, but I get lot of user complains that my website have malware.

So I contacted with my personal manager way back about this, he said that it is not possible to turn of only this ads, they need to turn of 70% of ads and I started to earn 3x times smaller money. So my question, or it is really not possible to ban this person who adds like this ads??? I understand this is money but this is bad reputation for your network and for us workers. After that if you use wifi it will not pop up, but on mobile network it will pop up.

Hello! We turn off "bad" advertisers as soon as you make an alert. So it is a normal thing that your earnings go down. It takes time to find new offers for your website. In this case you need to wait some time until we find suitable offers for you. Or PM me your login I'll try to push your case forward. Thank you in advance!

I have worked with this network and I received payment from them but the sneaky redirects are still there and my website just got penalized by google because of this shitty redirects! If they fix this problem I will continue using this network if not, I will use another network! For now stop using their codes or your website will be punished by google!
