    Hello Guys,

    Unfornutatly I have to let this website go, my parents are having a problem with their mortgage and they need the money so they do not lose their house, which is why I chose to sell one of my websites.

    All Money is earned from recurring subscription fee's, and one time inclusion fee's paid through paypal.

    I had a custom advertisement box made on the front page for about 750 dollars, it allowed people to put their link on the index page for 20 dollars a month.

    The sites in the footer, the first four are mine, the last group of 5 are all purchased from the same person and it is for 100$ a month.

    100$ a month from Footer ads.
    120$ a month from first page ads

    The other recurring subcription fee's come from featured links, which I am charging 9.99 a month.

    And I have a spread sheet of the dates when all recurring payments get paid. The total is 580$ from recurring subscriptions, and averaging about one new subscription per week.

    The rest of the money comes from one time inclusion fee's of 10 dollars, site gets one or two every other day or so.

    I will give you the full information of every paypal monthly subscriber so you can easilly contact them and retain their monthly fee. All of these people will sign up again, many of them have had subscriptions for over 6 months with me.

    Feel Free to ask me for screen shots of whatever you need.
    Most of my traffic comes from lists of directories and gets 100-150 uniques a day.

    I havent done any promotion for it in 3 months. I submitted it to other directories, and lists of directories, and lists of search engines. No PPC, or anything like that ever, only fee is 8 bucks a month for hosting on ipowerweb.com
