You are rights. Every company said we pay good rates on Pop ads. But, in reality, they did not pay good prices. If you asked, they said it takes the time to increase rates.

another thing on those stupid companies ; for first few days they will show they are paying good .. but after 1-2 week , when you will start to neglect the rate , with happy mind that they are awesome company !! they will start their game then , they will simply increase their commission rates , where on first few days they would take 5-10% as commission , after few days they gonna take 30%-40%-70% as commission , thing is there is certain lack of good site

good means honest , who will at least be truthful to their publishers , wont fill only their pocket and sucking publisher's traffic , and wont infect traffic with malware crap
