    I don't think you can sell real estate unless you're a licensed real estate broker or agent. You can, however, setup a local classifieds website where people can list houses for sale.

    Neither @malky66 nor @gregdavidson are likely to know the ins and outs of selling real estate in Israel and how to keep all the legalities in order. If you want to operate in another country there are likely to be restrictions on foreigners conducting business.

    Now, if you just want to advertise properties that are for sale and receive a fee for doing so, that is simpler - but the niche was one of the most obvious uses for the internet and you'll need a rock solid business plan before you get started.

    It gets pretty complicated when you are selling caves in exchange for camels... The last I checked PayPal doesn't allow live stock as currency yet

    Well you either need to be a broker or else own the property. At the very least be a real estate agent in order to sell online. If you don't own the property, that might be hard unless you're friends with the owner.

    You will need all your legal papers to stay current, depending on your home country. And look for real estate agencies where the sale of furniture online works.

    If you want to sell properties you need to be a license real estate broker to be able to sell residential properties or condominium units. From there if you want you can start placing advertisements to paid or free classified ads online.
