    Why are you selling this site?

    I don't have time to constantly update the site anymore!

    How is it monetized?

    with banners/popup/under - adcash

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No

    How much time does this site take to run?

    from half an hour to a hour, depends, more you update it more traffic you will get!

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    No php/html/java coding required, it uses the phpmelody platform, is very user friendly!

    In my opinion, Reserve price is too high but I understand each people has different ways to value website.
    I like your site but reserve price is too high so I have to pass this time.
