    Yes, you can receive payments without being verified, but there is a limit you can withdraw to your bank account.

    The limit is a monthly withdrawal limit placed on your account. As to the limit and the steps to verify will depend on your country.

    $300 will not be an issue to get using unverified PayPal and yes you can transfer as well for 1/2 times but it will not work long time. Why are you not getting paid on your verified account instead of first on unverified and then transfer it to verified. You will have to bear extra FEE/Deduction for it.

    Once you've verified your current email address and your PayPal consideration is triggered, you can start getting expenses without being Confirmed. There is no getting restrict using PayPal. However, before you become Confirmed, there is a restriction to the sum of money you can take out from your PayPal consideration to your bank account.

    This contradicts to my Paypal personal experience. I did received, withdrawn and transfer money through Paypal without my account getting verified.
