Hello again everyone! I’m Lucas, Payza’s Social Community Specialist. I posted a full introduction here: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/hi-all-im-lucas.2794547/ if you’d like to read it. I’ll be around Digital Point to help answer your questions about Payza. Our old thread: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/threads/the-official-payza-support-thread-abandoned-by-payza.2482849/ has grown a little out of control since we were last active there (which I believe was around 2012), so I think it’s a good idea to start fresh. If you have any questions or issues you brought up in that thread which you still need help with, please let me know here and I’ll do my best to answer. Here are some other helpful Payza resources you can use to find answers to your question, or to contact our Customer Support Team: Payza Reference Center: https://docs.payza.com The Payza Reference Center has helpful guides and manuals with answers to most questions you may have about Payza. Complaint from a customer from us: I have not been able to use Payza even after creating an account - it won’t accept my credit card payment - says I am not authorised to spend $10 - I make much larger online payments with that same card online all the time so I know it’s not my card! - Payza is very difficult by the looks
Hey BuxP, if your customer is having troubles with credit card payments, they can message us on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/payzaglobal/), contact us directly within their account via our chat or submit a ticket here: https://helpdesk.payza.com/index.php/Tickets/Submit and we'll help them as quickly as possible. It's also possible that you need to validate your credit card: https://docs.payza.com/v1.0/docs/connecting-a-credit-card#section-validating-your-credit-card There are many reasons why a transaction may be rejected, but we'll investigate and find a solution!
My deposit of $150 from my debit card was reversed on 6th april But the amount hasnt reflected back in my bank account. Several messages sent to your support to no reply I keep getting automated messages that it will take 10 days which was changed to 20 days Twitter support has stopped replying I advise everyone to stay away from Payza as they're highly unprofessional I will wait a few more days before I use the word "scam".
so any info about what is going on with payza? - will this new .eu domain work for a long time or not?
Payza do not worry about your money! They NOT supportive at ALL! My payza accont been hacked and over 2000 eur stolen but no support from them as they just send money. Security is very low! Anyone can hack you account and send money to bitcoin or altcoin... NO NEED of your approval via phone or email... Payza just wash their hands off...
