I've been sticking to a DA and PA of less than 30 for at least 1 of the first 5 results so it's correct or not? and please correct me if I'm wrong

For example, if you select the keywords those have very less no. of search volume and competition but if the same keywords are being targeted by the big brand or well-authorized sites then it is quite impossible to rank on top 10.
