It can currently take 2-3 weeks. I can't see it getting approved. Nothing unique or compelling.

A lot of graphics, not much text, not so good English grammar - nothing original

I am not an expert on AdSense, but I can safely assume that they want sites that have traffic. The more the merrier. There's no doubt in my mind that super busy sites get regularly accepted, even though they may have an inferior design and / or content. Your site looks like a brand new one (Alexa and SimilarWeb have no stats available). You should wait for a year, build a steady flow of traffic and re-apply.

I see nothing compelling that would cause me to return to your site. No traffic = No advertising revenue for AdSense.

Further, the English is atrocious, so bad it makes my head hurt just to read it. Finally, your page is full of errors (https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http://www.splixa.com/) making it hard for bots to index.

If I were running AdSense, I would never approve a site like this. Approving sites like this would hurt the reputation of AdSense and would eventually cause AdSense to file bankruptcy.

I did some search just now and it appears to me that Alexa ranking (particularly the global one) and traffic (including traffic sources) are what an AdSense rep looks at while assessing a site. It only makes sense. As an example, if someone has a great looking site, but all traffic to the site comes from dubious sources (gambling, porn, etc. sites), it only makes sense that the rep would want to know that.

Pull your head out of your ass. The site owners with no traffic are the ones that tend to use all sorts of gimmicks. Like getting stupidly low quality traffic just to get clicks, and they are the ones that will probably click their own ads. Is it so hard to see why AdSense would care less approving low traffic sites? Giving the shitty advice that traffic doesn't matter to AdSense is just that - shitty.

I am saying it DOES NOT MATTER WHEN GETTING APPROVED... it only matters if you send shit traffic in the future

Please @Agent000 and @malky66 help me explain this to these people who don't know what they are talking about

Why don't you call your mommy too. Yeah, like I care what malky has to say. Who made him an expert anyway? Again, pull your head out of your ass and you'll see what I am saying is valid. How stupid it is to think that sites with no traffic will be easily approved as long as they have good content / design. Seriously? It's not 2007 anymore, it's 2017.

You are totally wrong. And yes design and content is what gets you approved. I have clients with great sites and no traffic that have been approved in the last couple of months no issue.

May I ask what sites exactly? If you don't mind. Are you sure they had zero traffic? Like ALL OF THEM? Wow. How do you know they had zero traffic? You said AdSense couldn't possibly know (which is shit, they have all kinds of means at their disposal to find out everything about any site), how do YOU know all your client sites had zero traffic? Makes absolutely no sense.

There is NO traffic requirements for adsense approval (though you not exactly going to make any money if you have little)

HOWEVER, it is understood that during the 2nd stage of the approval process Google might some how monitor what is going on with the site's traffic while the ad code is installed and the blank ads are showing. There is a good suspicion that those sites that take a long time to get approved during the second stage may be the ones with the lowest or minimal traffic as google just needs more time to build a picture of the site.

Can your refer me to, at least, one point in the AdSense terms of use where it states: "We have NO traffic requirement."

It's not a trick question, I just want to know. To me it would sound silly if they did have something like that somewhere.

They don't say that anywhere. However, nowhere do they say that there are traffic requirements. eg when you look at the info on eligibility, traffic is not mentioned. In the zillion or so rejection emails I have seen, none mention traffic (quantity or quality) ...though people do get disabled for traffic quality reasons later on.

You are kind of wrong, actually. Take a look here:

    https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9724?hl=en

It's states there that "In some locations, including China and India, we require your site to have been active for at least six months before it will be considered. We've taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers."

To me it's an absolutely clear implication of what they really want: An established site with traffic. Nothing more, nothing less.

That only means the site has been up for 6 months, again nothing about traffic.

The only way they can tell its been up that long is from the domain registration.

I not sure any of the top contributor over at Google's own AdSense help group would probably interpret it that way.
When we look at the sites from those countries, that get rejected, they plain and simply suck. The understanding is that the 6 month requirement was put in place was to discourage so many sites that suck from applying and clogging up the application system. If they keep working on a site for >6 months, then they more serious about the site.... and yes of course they will have more traffic after 6 months, but do not see that as a criteria.

I don't think they'll even touch that subject. It's sort of like a taboo. It's like one big catch 22. It would be interesting to know why in the world they need sites with zero traffic. From any logical standpoint it makes no sense.
