Tennis gives you a better full body workout imo. But at the end of the day you should do what you enjoy the most because that's what you will be consistent with.
all the games are good for health because we need some workout regular basses for good health you can some running, or join gym for some workout 30 to 40 mint every day can improve your health. But if you can hard work then soccer is best for health
So many women playing football. I'm impressed. In NZ very few women play. A club might have a hundred teams of all ages but less than 10 will be girls/women. The clubs must be doing something right in Hong Kong, UK, Germany and Pakistan.
i am telling just for exercise not for professional game every girl can do this for his healthy life we can play at home with children's i hope that enough for workout
@jennifer98 I didn't mean professional either, but if you are going to play you need to belong to a club, kicking a ball in the yard with your kids (if you have them) isn't exactly football is it?
I love the list! For me I personally like running because it’s one of the easiest and most accessible sport.
