Hello, I would like to know what's the most efficient way to protect my content on forum? I will have a lot of tutorials and I'd like to protect them from copying (stealing).

Make it a paid service and people have to log in to view

A paid service might work, but then you'd be severely limiting the audience you can reach... and you're still by no means safe. Copyscape or similar would be better, I think, but you'd still have to hunt down the offenders one by one. If their host is based in the USA (don't count on it), a DMCA notice could be helpful. Overall, there really isn't a way to eliminate stealing. Welcome to the Internet!
