Thank you.I confirm that one of batches(PayPal allows to send 250 payments only in one MassPay, so we send multiple) we sent on 31st did not go out.
PayPal API just gave "Internal error" as the reason why the batch was cancelled. We will be resending all affected withdrawals tomorrow, I am sorry for the trouble.
For security reasons our system won't resend payments automatically in such case, as such errors have to be verified manually.

Hard to say. The reason for 2016 drop of rates is not exactly clear, I have discussed this with owners of few other adnetworks and nobody really has a clue why 2015 was good and in 2016 things went downhill so much. My prediction is that we have reached the bottom rates(or we will very shortly). From that point either rates will get stable or will start slowly increasing.

Technically speaking, the lowest minimal possible rate is 10x low rate. However due to bidding competition no traffic is sold that cheaply.

Does fill rate get decreased as well? I have seen normal traffic amount on my site but the count in popads has been decreased by a lot.

Is there anywhere to implement unsold traffic count in account panel?

 

Unless you have set a non-zero minimal rate in adcode settings, fill rate should not be affected.

 

My goodness this is insane your rate are steady dropping gotta let you go i might come back but right now your rate are abysmal I'm sending you more traffic then money I'm out.

I'm not able to withdraw again... this is now the second time this has happened and I'm starting to become very frustrated. If it has something to do with a DMCA claim, I suggest you forward those to my attorney so he can handle another one of the over 50 we've received in the past.

You don't hold someone's money hostage because of your inability to understand a company's business concept.

I expect this to be resolved by morning. Additionally, we have been absolutely screwed by your analytics system as we're receiving on average around 50,000 impressions per day.. yet your systems claims 2,000?!?! Are you kidding me?

They count the unique visitors. Maybe you have 50k impressions but just 5k unique visitors and if 20-30% use adblock and 20% leave your site without any action, you have just 2-3k unique visitors. This is just an example!!!! I have 5-6k visitors and popads count just 4k and i have cap 1 popup / 10 min / user. This means at least 10 / user.... i am confused.

 

There is some limit, but it is like in the range of 20-30. It is only to protect us from fraud(lots of impressions from same IP).

1. As far as I remember, DMCA complaints do not affect withdrawals, so it is unlikely to be that.
2. If you got DMCA complaint, you have to reply to it through our panel. We won't be talking to your attorneys. DMCA process is simple - you got a complaint against you, now you need to answer it in our panel - either you remove the content, remove our adcode or you refer the case to us to judge. If you do nothing then after 48 hours, your website will be automatically rejected and ads won't be displayed.
3. You expect to hear back by the morning. I expect you to provide your username so I can check anything at all.
4. About analytics system - that is a complete misunderstanding. We are NOT analytics service. For analytics service, please use for example Google Analytics.
5. I am glad that you took time to look through our Knowledgebase or use our Troubleshooter tool.

This is not true. We do not count unique IPs. One IP can open many ads and each and every opened popup/popunder will be counted.
For some countries we might not have a lot of advertisers, so it is possible that 5 or 10 ads are displayed and then nothing more is displayed due to lack of advertisers.

 

I notice that recently popads made a change in the appearance of its pop in firefox. it was open friendly in new independent window behind the current tab. Currently it causes a new empty tab to open and close in less than 1 second then it opens an independent window behind the current tab to show the pop, and that's really strange and annoying,

In IE browser it opens 2 independent windows, one show up and disappear in less than 1 second, and the other window show pop !

In Chrome most times your pop show up normally in independent window or in new tab, but I detected some times your pop replace the current tab which is also annoying.

Can you fix all of that ?

We did not do any changes and I hardly believe that our code has suddenly stopped working properly across all browsers.
Make sure you do not have another adcode on your website that tries to open pop-ups too, as it could result in such weird behaviours.

Got you unblocked. Yet, it might happen again - basically as I explained before, the anomaly in your case is fully justified. Ie. our system detected something it was designed to detect. Now, your website is very specific, so this has to be allowed on case-to-case basis.
At this moment the original anomaly has expired already(it was detected like on 4th Jan) and I can no longer whitelist it. I will notify devs to get it resolved, but if it still happens again, please contact me as soon as you see anomaly warning in the panel.
