    My advice would be to start a new legit blog about the things you like, with no copied content (because like malky said, what's the point if it's not unique). Apply with that blog, but use your adsense account for other blogs.
    I did that with basketball, and used my adsense for politics.

    It won't be approved. It is just another one of a zillion useless tech blogs that just parrot what you read on other sites. Nothing unique or compelling.
    That '3 days' is old info - it is taking up to 2-3+ weeks.

    Also, you are illegally using someone else's registered trademark in the domain name.
