Do you realize you're asking for $0.0025/word? I can assure you that nobody, anywhere, is going to be able to produce anything of value at that rate. You would be lucky to find somebody that would even be willing to rewrite or spin at that rate. If you want your new project to succeed, you're going to have to be willing to spend more money on one of the most important parts of it - quality content. Content is what attracts eyeballs. And with garbage content, your site will go nowhere.
Saw you posting this on another site, Joey, and I'm just as surprised now as I was then. It's commendable, shrewd even, to develop your brand name while it's still hot. However, when you offer barely a dollar per article, you will just end up with badly rewritten pieces that will quickly damage your brand - and dampen your existing traffic. If you have to choose between quantity and quality, always aim for the latter.
My rates start at 4x your asking price, and that's the low end of the spectrum. The really good stuff is 15x what you are asking.
