@jrbiz How did your Christmas go? My wife made a prime rib roast, which was very delicious. Too bad I didn't take pictures to show it in your other thread.

Pity, would have loved to see the roast. Christmas was good. We went out for Chinese on Christmas Eve (which is beginning to be a tradition for us, much like New Year's Eve) and then my wife made her world famous lasagna for Christmas dinner. All in all, it was a great holiday and hope that yours went as well.

A late Merry Christmas and an early Happy New your to you!

Now you have me craving Lasagna, I haven't had that in WAY too long. I bet it was awesome! ;)

    Cheers. :)

Yes, my wife makes a great lasagna. A real comfort food and perfect for the holidays. When I grew up, it was always turkey for Christmas, but my kids really do not like turkey, so we have tried a few different things (prime rib, etc.) and everyone seems to have settled on the lasagna. Add a tossed salad and hot from the oven crescent rolls and you have a nice holiday repast.

Yeah, it was always turkey when I grew up as well. I never really have thought about lasagna but it sure does sound like an awesome idea. I don't know why I never thought about it. Throwing in nice hot crescent rolls with that just makes me hungry. A great tradition!

Cheers and Happy New Year! :)
