    but i didnt saw the jasmin advertising

    It does not always leave and it is with the only one that I have problems the rest work correctly.

    i had 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit) installed

    now updated to 55.0.2883.87 m (64-bit)
    did you removed the popads code?

    also is the redirection cross browser happening? firefox, opera?

    But i can't add budget. I received an error "Campaign top up is not allowed on your account due to security reasons."

    If I have removed and I no longer have the problem and I have put a new one and continue the problem.

    In microsoft edge I have the same problem in the others I have not tried do not have them installed.

    I did use the troubleshooter and it didn't bring up any errors. I've altered my site (which is basically a blog) to have a "read post" button on every post to force people to click on the site, and it didn't affect impression rates. I got about 80 impressions yesterday with ~2400 visitors. I think people just aren't seeing ads.

    Should I file a support ticket so someone can look at my site directly? This feels like I'm making a rookie mistake, or there's something wrong with my traffic. On the traffic front, the only other thing I can think of is that a lot of my views came from a link shared on Facebook, but I don't think that's a problem for displaying ads for people who click on that link.

    Edit: actually, a lot of my traffic seems to be coming from Facebook's mobile app. Does Popads handle mobile traffic well, or would visitors from the mobile app not see ads?

    Yes, it is fine.

    Yes, Facebook mobile app as far as I know does not allow to open anything in new tab/window hence our code won't work.

    Regarding the possible redirection issue - I have updated the popunder adcode(yet there were no indications in the changelog it would help).
    For whoever gets redirections please do following tests:
    - Clear your browser cache(or open new tab/window in incognitio) and check if it still happens.
    - In PopAds panel, go to Websites, click on your website name, click edit and disable Tabunder. Please check if it still happens.

    We are still unable to replicate the problem.

    I have disabled the Tab Under, Tabu and generated a new code, then I have cleared cache and the same problem continues.

    Please retry after 3-4 hours. Website settings(tabup/tabunder etc.) are cached for few hours on our adserving servers so perhaps your change has not been applied yet.

    Hello Tomksoft

    This is the second time my account is being locked for some reasons. The first time you unlocked it personnally i think (as far as i can see the name that answered on support, it was you) and you asked if i was connected from multiple places or shared internet, which was not really the case, except that i connect from 3 IPs : 2 at my office and 1 at home.

    Now, my account got block again, and this time the guy at support says : "It appears that you've been carrying out fraudulent behaviour across multiple accounts."
    Which i abolutely don't undestand, i never had multiple account...
    The only thing i can see is that i was in Bangkok last week for affiliate world asia and connected from there to popads to check my stats but nothing else. I abolutely don't understand and i think i still have money in my balance. So could you check out with support to get me more details, associated ticket is : 39982

    I don't see the "default ad" anymore when I open my own site... I'm logged on popads but I think I'm seeing the ads? Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Its been 24hrs since i got this notice, what i don't get is why all buttons are not working as i want to change to Payoneer. On other networks if something like this happen you have other options. Anyone having the same problem?
