Hey guys, I decided to start where we can discuss jogging. Are there anyone who do physical exercises? Do you like Jogging in the Evening or in the Morning?
You'll find from threads like My Favorite Sports to play and do? that plenty of us are active. Personally I prefer running in the morning and logistically it seems to work out better but over summer I train in the afternoon to get acclimatised to the heat so that it won't be a big factor when I do the 34km option in The Hillary
I think morning is the best time for jogging because fresh air make mind cool and greenery look like very beautiful in the morning these are very useful for health
I always prefer morning because the freshness in the air is not comparable to the evening .Also in the morning peace and fresh air is spreaded everywhere .So enjoy it with jogging and some yoga ,your days will be different after this routine .
There's so much negativity in the media about the way women are treated in Pakistan. Do you get any backlash for jogging? It's great to hear you do something that is considered "normal" in other countries.
hmm, I am not sure about exercise and jogging. I think Morning is the best time to do any kind of workout.

You have a coffee and then go for the exercise. I think it is best way to kick start your day and stay active till you go to sleep.
I avoid jogging in the winter. Go to the gym and do a session on the cross trainer/treadmill instead But in the summer, i prefer going for long walks and trekking around the country side, mainly in the afternoon
I would love to do this more, if only I had someone to do it with. Might just get back into cycling, that's much easier to do as a solo activity.
Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise... Jogging is much important for our life,i also like to jogging and evening.

In my opinion, walking and jogging is a way of life to some more than others, it can improve fitness and trim your body. it can also be an enjoyable experience. Morning exercise is better then evening but if you can't do in morning you must do in evening.
