I've checked your website and service offers... It looks nice and the offer is great though there's some point that makes it harder for customers to interact with. You offer free logo and web design, but the case is new customers has to provide hostgator logins credentials which is not safe or it's uncomfortable to disclose with. Also what if you have a customer that has a hosting account already with other provider and wants to ask for your free service, will that work too?
Hey Lorienz, We only ask for access to their Cpanel account and not their hosting account. Without access to their cpanel, it would be impossible for us to set up their website. Our free service can only be availed by signing up for new hosting account through Hostgator. Thank you!
Some people does not prefer Hostgator. You can probably sign up as an affiliate to other providers, too, thus giving your future clients more options, therefore more chances they sign up to your service.
Then we can't really call that a free service as it is incentives. Just like @th.sigit said, many people do not prefer hostgator as a hosting provider. You should also mention that on your post or website so people won't be confused, I mean you should include the word "Only available for new customers that don't have a Hostgator account".
