Hi Elei, I will suggest you to follow the official guide at the Google Analytics Academy. https://analyticsacademy.withgoogle.com/course/1/unit/4/lesson/4
I have setup for https://www.eshtari.me/ my website. How to trace out "not provided" keywords in google analytics or alternatives?
There is no proper/accurate way to find that. You can use Google Webmaster Tools to find the search query data from there or find related keywords to the keywords which your site gets traffic from. They could be the related keywords. All said there is no accurate way to find the not provided keywords.
i heard that google analytics premium can shows the "not provided" keywords list, i am not sure about it
Goals are fairly easy and straightforward to set up. Admin>view coloumn>new goal, the bit where you have to think is creating a customized goal for your particular store and adding in the steps leading to that. Check out the course below on Google analytics which covers this. https://www.udemy.com/google-analytics-key-insights-to-increase-your-conversions/?couponCode=ANALYTICS_PROMO_2018
