if i got banned, can i open a new user?

hello everyone,

before a couple of monthes i got banned from adsense. sine then i learned more about adsense and i want to open a new site.

i saw a comment in here that says you can't open a new adsense user, if u got banned before. is that true?

Umm,if you really want to have another account,you should change almost all the info.(name,address,email,site,ect.)

Set up a new company and go from there. This is how big guys who gets banned works. Account per project.
