Buying Looking to buy multiple Adsense sites with revenue

I am looking to buy adsense sites that get organic traffic

Sites need a minimum of 5000 UV a month (if you have slightly lower can still pm)
Sites need to be only Adsense content sites (Sites that follow Adsense TOS)
Sites will be bought based on the *average monthly AdSense revenue for the trailing 6 months
not interested in other revenue sources - ONLY ADSENSE


Send a PM with the following:
1) URL of the site
2) Average Monthly ADSENSE revenue for the past 6 months (add screenshot from adsense with a filter added for that url)
That means a calculated average.
3) Add my email to webmasters tools: (Here is a link showing how to do that)
4) The multiplier you are looking for in terms of months of average revenue. e.g. 7 months revenue or 12 etc
5) Are you the sole owner of the site?
6) Screenshot of the Adsense CTR for the last 30 days (make sure to use a filter for just that domain)

I may, but again I only buy sites based on average revenue multipliers.
So:

 

Are you just looking for sites with natural traffic? I have a lot of different sites that make from $600 a month up to $3,000 a month on adsense but I drive traffic from other sites to my sites which takes some daily work but less work than the SEO that goes into most sites that make that much and I outsource the work. It is a very profitable method. Sites are priced from $800 up to $5k.

 

I was wondering i have adsense sites but if i drive traffic to them won't i have the chance to get banned from adsense? Legit question because i wanted to do something similar to this.

 

I dont want to hijack his thread but no not as long as it is legit traffic. I have used them for 12 years and never had a problem and for the past 8 I have used this method and had no issues.
