i am planning to create a website for money exchange , from where to start ? i have a partner with all accounts ( business ) and money , i jkust want to know how to start , which script to use ? any problems i may find ?

So you already set up your AML Compliance policies, KYC system, you registered on fincen for your RSA and have a filling account etc ?

Then all you need is hire an expert coder to link between all your account APIs. and it will cost you a leg.

I am sure you can find great coders in your country doing a good job, but an e-currency exchanger require maintenance.

Competitors and market share will be a huge issue if you're going to come through with this, Changex almost dominates the market and trying to find shops that accept your payment method will require a huge investment.

EDIT: It will be almost impossible to do it through Wordpress / Jomla, as you will need at least 8 coders with a full yearly salary to even be close to making a payment / money exchange site. You also need government approval if I'm right, as you cannot hold a digital currency without a minimal investment of over $100,000 I believe it was.

They just provide money laundering tools for credit card scammers, OP is probably from morroco or algeria where the law is not strict about cyber crime, people there fight on buying milk, so it's cyber criminal heaven.
