I think it depends. If your printing demand is high, a black and white multifunction machine may help
you are talking about scanner/printer combos? do people still use scanners? Wow, this is amazing, two brand new users from the same IP with an interest in the same things. What a coincidence!!!
Our printing quality is not too high....but our boss want to save cost from different aspects...so he was considering a black and white multifunction machine
yea..I am talking abt scanner/printer combos Since we need to scan soft copies for contact & confidential doc, scanner still a must in my company ><
Nope you are wrong, coz fuji xerox's black and white multifunction machine that suits different printing demand and volume https://www.fujixerox.com.hk/en_us/products/office-multifunction-devices/black-and-white-multifunction
Too funny, contacted FX in Hong Kong to let them know about this laughably poor attempt at spam and they said "carry on" and "our service is limited". I won't be buying from such a short sighted company anytime soon. Unless a customer from Hong Kong reports the spam they just don't care.

I guess the first question is how often you might need color printing? If the answer is "rarely, if ever" then it might make sense to go B&W only. Otherwise, the cost to get color documents printed outside your office might outweigh any savings you might get from the B&W device.
Oh, this is going to look so funny once it's merged. Stoopid spammers. Seriously kids, don't run the same spam twice in the same forum. I can't believe that Fuji Xerox are paying for this!
This thread is one of the most pathetic spam attempts by the most obvious bunch of duplicate accounts ever.
Actually I'm glad that they are. From a purely entertainment standpoint, Fuji Xerox has nailed it with these two.
I guess it just shows how the photocopier and print industries are being hammered. They used to occupy a huge building in Auckland and it now stands empty. I did think they were a bit more mainstream in their sales and marketing activity though.
