LOL, in order to be a liberal in good standing, you MUST forget all history, including recent history. Now, Comey is a dirty "GOP operative." It is amazing how quickly he has morphed into that. Let's go back just a little over three months or so:

In July 2016, Clinton’s Campaign Put Out A Statement Touting James Comey As “Well-Respected” And Touting The Fact That He Was “Confirmed By A 93-1 Vote.”“Throughout his long career in law enforcement, the independence of FBI chief James Comey has rarely been questioned. Comey is a well-respected Republican who served as George W. Bush’s Deputy Attorney General. And when President Obama tapped him to serve as Director of the FBI, he was confirmed by a 93-1 vote.” (“GOP Follows Conspiracy-Theorist-in-Chief Donald Trump Into Another Taxpayer-Funded Sham Inquiry,”Hillary For America, 7/7/16)

    Read more: http://dailycaller.com/2016/10/29/9-times-clinton-team-praised-comey-and-his-neutrality/#ixzz4OZruLCy0

And, even more ridiculous, is an attempt to re-write history by calling "double-down" Obama, who rammed through Obamacare without a single Republican vote and who has bragged about subverting Congress by Executive fiat on an almost daily basis as a bipartisan guy who has gotten burned for reaching out to conservatives. George Orwell is calling and demanding credit for usurping his "Ministry of Truth" ideas in 1984.

Putting your own spin on what I said, nicely done.
Well, it is getting closer to the election, and I would not doubt that he may be being pressured by the party to fix his mistake from before, especially just before the election.

He did try, but, the party of no did say that they wanted to keep him to a single term and would not work with him.

I do see why you are voting for Trump, the finger pointing while doing the thing that you are screaming about is highly noticeable to in reality.

I do have a question. If Clinton is so bad, why has the right wing not had a major press conference telling the world that they have recommended prosecution for all of it, and given some good solid evidence as to why? Mitch should be having a presser weekly, if not daily, pushing these crimes and asking the American people to get the government to do it's job. Him, Ryan, and the committee heads.
Or is the the GOP establishment with her, since all this has been happening from before Trump even gave his first hate filled speech?

Why is it still at rumor and innuendo stage? Even after all these years of trying to ruin her they still have not gotten anywhere. Could it be that there is not much there but rumor and innuendo?
Why would a low/no information voter, such as myself, think there is more there when nothing comes for all these so called investigations and hearings that waste millions of tax dollars that could be better spent on social welfare to cover the pathetic wages paid by big billions of dollars in earnings businesses? All that money wasted on witch hunting, and they can not catch a witch? WTF? All those Wal-Mart employees that could use the state aid.

This is where all of your hysteria falls apart for people living in reality. This is not Salem in late 1692/early 1693, to persecute a witch one needs more than a holy book and a belief, and that is all that the majority of people see after all this touting, the holy book of rumor and the belief in innuendo.

Meanwhile, all of Trump's crimes, that are real, although sealed as he got that in all of those settlement deals, pile up. Had I enough money to cover even a tiny portion of those settlements I would pay people to tell their story on why Trump settled with them, and what secrets he is hiding by having all of those settlements sealed. Like his tax returns, what is he hiding?

Would you not like to know what kind of things he is double dealing at? Should he not tell it like it is? Or is it okay for him to remain murky and vague while everyone else gets 'exposed'?
    Wanting it both ways?

Again, it all boils down to having nothing but hatred and fear, which is what Jim Jones preyed on for his cult where you could not say anything negative about the Great Leader without fear of punishment/law suits.
You are happy being a part of this, instead of apart from this?

Those that fail to study, or learn from, history are doomed to repeat it....

Spot on. Hillary Clinton had her legal team destroy 30,000 emails. And it wasn't because they contained anything other than proof of her criminal activity. The entire investigation was a sham. Obama was the master of the sham.

Who gets paid $17.6 million to do nothing? Bill Clinton did, and right after his wife was named Secretary of State.

That whole Clinton Foundation was nothing more than a way for the Clintons to get a foot in the door of corporations where they could pressure them to hire Bill for expensive speeches.

    http://www.wsj.com/articles/clinton...steer-business-to-former-president-1477527597

I always thought it was funny that any former president could make so much money giving "speeches" as Bill Clinton did. Turns out it was all one big hussle from start to finish with the "charity" being the way to sell Bill's speeches to corporations.

You know, it is "deja vu all over again" when it comes to the Clintons. The 1990's were one disgusting scandal after another with the Clinton spin doctors and sycophants working full time to cover up for their illegal, unethical, immoral, and downright sleazy schemes. The thought of four or eight more years of a scandal-ridden presidency is nauseating. And do not for a minute think that the emails are the last of these...they are only the beginning if the Clinton Crime Family is entrenched in the White House. The young voters and the low information voters have no memory of what happened back then, so they do not realize what Clinton sleaze portends for the future.

One would think that after hearing Comey's response below - that something pretty significant had to have been found.

Essentially every single Democrat during the initial hearings were praising him for "keeping his character" and basically apologizing for the republicans attacking him (ie. questioning him). . Now, he needs to go!

The reaction to this is true liberalism at it's best.

    Let's not forget this:

All that liberals care about is power (i.e., telling others how to live, how to spend their money, etc.) and they know that the best way to achieve these sleazy aims is via political power under the pretext of "helping the poor, fairness, etc." Of course, that is never their true objective and that is why, for example, that minorities have done much worse under eight years of Obama. Yet, they never learn and continue to vote in lockstep for the very people that cause them to suffer more. Billary's actions are so egregious that it is painfully obvious what they are about: putting money in their own pockets and those of their friends.

One other minor proof point of what I am saying above is the red state/blue state history of charitable donations. It is the red states (i.e., conservative states) that overwhelming donate the majority of charitable funds to deserving causes. The blue states? They are the stingiest charitable donors, by far. How could that possibly be if the blue states are comprised of the most empathetic and concerned people when it comes to the downtrodden and other social justice issues?

These are the leftist speeches that really make me laugh - speaking with a level of arrogance while claiming to not really know the "facts" of what is going on. . .

Make sure you keep "urging people to get out there and vote early" though!

    Unbelievable.

Should America be unlucky and she is elected, get used to the scandals, corruption, bald-faced lying, etc. It is the Clinton way which was witnessed by all during her husband's term in office. I think that Kellyanne Conway put it best when she said that there is a stench and stain of corruption that follows the Clintons everywhere they go. It is self-inflicted, of course, because they are truly evil people who simply cannot help themselves from acting as such.

Yep, on a magnified scale. Again.

You've gotta love this from the dope Harry Reid:
Setting aside the stupidity that the President and Vice President are "above" the Hatch Act - it's pretty comical how the liberals suddenly are questioning Comey's motives and character.

To quote Gowdy in an interview I just watched - this is entirely on Clinton. Comey did not direct Hillary to set up a private server, he did not tell her to mislead everyone, he did not tell Huma to not turn in all of her devices and he most certainly did not tell Weiner to continue being a mental case with the sexting. .

Her claiming to not know what is going on or know what was on Huma's computer speaks volumes to just how careless she can be. And, her inability to simply communicate with one of her top aides speaks for itself..

Here you have Mook acting like a donkey - guess this is a joke to them. .

Her expecting this to just go away regardless of what is uncovered in the future or for the investigation to seize - is ridiculous.

You have to understand: the Clintons have made creating scandals and then riding out the ensuing storms since he first won political office decades ago in Arkansas a true art form. It is way back then that he got the nickname "Slick Willie" from the locals due to his and Hillary's illegal, unethical and/or immoral activities and their ability to get people to cover for them. They know nothing else other than doing illegal and corrupt activities and denying, covering up, whatever it takes, to befuddle the public and the people trying to bring them to justice. It is what they do and it has always worked for them. Not surprising that she expects a pass this time, too.

Of course, sometimes the covering up gets quite nasty. Google "Clinton death list" or "Clinton dead pool" when you have a free moment and you can see more potential results from their criminal enterprise.

I liked the part in the article about the major players that are still breathing, yet this fact will get glossed over, just give them time to search infowars for the reason.

Yes, Snopes, the "authority" with ties to Soros. I recall when Snopes first started and actually had credibility when it came to political questions. The re-writing of history is now their main goal, as far as I can see. Which, of course, is essential to liberalism/socialism because history is not kind to such schemes.

This thread is priceless to me, it really is. No jokes, no sarcasm, just honestly priceless.

I truly do appreciate you posting your points of view on this.

I need to thank some people on FB too, as they have made some priceless contributions to me also.

I still think you are all leaning heavily in to lunacy, do not get me wrong on that, but your posts are wonderful.

Now that you have attacked the messenger, how about the details of the message? How tenuous are some of the connections to the Clintons on those lists? Did they really off someone that was investigating dirt on Bush I that would have been great political ammo? Or teen age kids?

    Inquiring minds want to know.

I have to admit that I have not read most of your posts as they tend to be long, rambling, incoherent screeds and my eyes glaze over after the first line or two. However, I am glad that you are getting enjoyment from this thread.

I cannot wait for this election to be over! I'm sick to death of the constant fault-finding and verbal attacks. It's been going on forever, feels like. Why can't the candidates talk about policy and the issues instead?

I'm not an American but my country is attached to yours and I truly fear what might happen with your new president. I feel sorry for you US people, this is the strangest electoral cycle I've ever seen. I think all you can do is pick the lesser of two evils, whichever one that is for you. There are no winners here, as far as this outsider can see. I have a personal opinion on which candidate is the most dangerous but I'm not going to say it, not my election. But like I said, since we share the same continent, I have concerns.

So happy to see this almost over!

Thanks for your thoughtful comments and, really, no worries about the negative nature of this campaign. The U.S. has had a long and storied history of negative political campaigning since its inception. You should see what some of the Founding Fathers used to say about each other during their campaigns for office. :) Scare tactics, character attacks, etc., always come into play. It may seem more egregious these days due to the Internet's ability to disseminate information everywhere, but it really isn't. Back in the early 1900's, for example, one presidential candidate was accused of having a child out of wedlock which was akin to being called a murderer back then. In the 1960's one of the most famous TV commercials showed a little girl being consumed by a nuclear holocaust at the hands of one of the candidates who was supposedly itching to launch the missiles the day he took office (and this was during the Cold War which everyone was quite hypersensitive and paranoid about.)

Funny you mention the Daisy commercial, she just came out a bit ago against Trump, all grown up now, and not a lick of radiation poisoning. I think that aired in 1964, and 52 years later she did it again....

Might I suggest that you lead the charge to build a wall, and make the other country pay for it? It has to out class the Southern Wall though, so 55 feet tall and a wider more gilt door in it....

Yes, just because we think each other a political moron does not mean we think any less of each other. Once this game is over we will bide our time till the next one, where we can think each person with an opposing point of view is a moron. Much like that dream we are after with the IM and making money, it is the American Way here, lol.

Much like the idea that businesses will self correct, US politics will to, some how anyway.

This, is exactly how a leader should act. Exactly how a person "that takes the high road" should act. Exactly how a person "fit to be president" should act.

    Absolutely amazing.

I alluded to this earlier. It's truly a whole new world in here, where reason, logic and facts are not required. Trump voters are surely nice enough, a little crazy but nice. Okay maybe a lot crazy, but nice.
