    I can provide this within your budget, VPS might be OpenVZ, not KVM (which would add to the price). Setup within approx 3 biz. days.
    But i tell you, Adult content is not a problem with most of the server providers.

    KVM in my opinion is superior to OpenVZ in many ways, one of the primary things being the ability to control/modify your own kernel. CloudLinux doesn't work well with OpenVZ either (It provides limited support). So you're on the right track looking for a KVM system.

    What is the refund policy during the trial period? Most providers’ trials are not truly free – you’ll end up paying for the service, but get your money back if you are unsatisfied. That said, what does that refund entail?

    Most companies (like ourselves) have a 100% satisfaction guarantee refund policy. So I would ask them yourself if the refund is 100% guaranteed for the amount of time that they specify
